Average review score:

GREAT BOOK !
I was given this book to read in English class and I thought, "great, another boring novel." But I was blown away. It was quite possibly one of the books I've read. It had qualities of Forrest Gump as well as Saving Private Ryan. And a great metaphor of the train. I greatly suggest you read this book.

Greatest Quest
Published in Hardcover by Deseret Book Company (December, 1993)
Authors: Blaine M. Yorgason and Brenton Yorgason

This book is so good, you can't put down!
This novel is a wonderful dramatization of a true story.

Albert Einstein makes a statement about our universe that motivates a brilliant and resourceful college student to search out the church that would best represent Jesus Christ. With the help of his best friends they search the Holy Bible for clues. Together they turn into Bible detectives and discover 17 identifying features that Christ's church would have.

Now, the question is can they find the church before it is too late? It's early World War II and in just a few weeks college will end and they will go off to war. There is a very real chance that they might never see each other again!

Five of the closest friends (two who want to marry) start searching churches, but World War II separates them all. The story line continues following the two who want to marry. You are pulled in to the story to feel the binding friendship that only young people in war time could have. You feel the heartthrob of romance and the heartache of loss. And, throughout this excellent story there are the Biblical clues that all of us have wanted to know.

I am a senior in college, and I usually have 3,000 to 6,000 pages of textbooks each semester to read and/or study--and, the thought of reading for pleasure is just a little repulsive. A friend gave me this book, and it laid around for months before I got around to reading it, but once I started, it was soooo good, that I couldn't put it down. I hope they make a movie from it!

I want to loan the book to another friend of mine, so today; I bought a second copy of the book so that I wouldn't be at risk of losing my only copy. This is a book that I want to keep as long as I live. I hope you enjoy it as much.

A great read -easy and fast, leaves you wanting more
This is one of those books that you just can't put down! I confess I read 3/4 last night, and the rest before work
today! Couldn't put it down. I thought I knew a bit about Blaine's recording history (Spector, wrecking crew, beach boys, etc), but as with Carol [Kaye], the credentials of this guys is literally a who's-who of my favorite records and all time classics! If I may swear so, *Forking* A this cat can Play! Now I have a better understanding of his development
with jazz cats and the touring years. Nice job!

Mayo Clinic Internal Medicine Board Review, 2002-2003
Published in Paperback by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Publishers (15 July, 2002)
Authors: Thomas M., Md. Habermann, Sandra Blaine Fitzpatrick, and S. Vincent Rajkumar
Average review score:

Mayo review book
If you are taking the ABIM certification or recertification exam, or you are just reviewing internal medicine, this is the definitive review book to get. It is concise, organized and very well written by the Mayo Clinic authors. I have personally gone to the course twice in Rochester, Minnesota. There were other attendees who have made it an annual pilgrimage. There are review questions and answers after the end of every chapter. There are pearls in every page that you can use in daily medicine practice. I give this book 5 stars, the highest rating.

this is one of the best books on the market concerning this unexplored area. The photos are clear and detailed. The story is well written and includes where the surviving cars are today and when you can see them in person. The bibliography is also a wealth of furthur information. One thing- you have to get the dust jacket with this book, the photo is fantastic.

The Presidents' Rap
Published in Audio CD by Sara Jordan Publishing (August, 1992)
Author: Blaine Selkirk
Average review score:

Amazing Resource for Teaching Kids About the Presidents!
I am not a music teacher. I teach 5th grade American History. Over the past few years, every single fifth grade student in my school has memorized this entire cassette which covers all of the Presidents! We do this by preparing these songs as a "musical show" each year in honor of Presidents' Day.

In my 20 years of teaching, this still proves to be the most exciting and well liked musical I have ever directed. What makes this especially interesting as a performance, is that each song is written in the style of the historical period, so although the kids may be rapping information about the Presidents, they are singing in classical, gospel, light opera, rock and pop styles.

Well done! Our school year wouldn't be the same without it!
